When school begins in fall 2011, Indiana teachers will face a new challenge as they implement the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics to prepare students for success in college and careers. Among the programs that Indiana schools and districts can choose from to meet these rigorous learning goals is an array of digital and print K-12 math programs from Pearson that provide full coverage of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics.
Legislation was recently introduced in Indiana to move to all-digital instruction by 2014. With digital math at every grade level, Pearson is prepared to help schools get ahead of the curve with revolutionary programs that are focused on building a solid mathematics foundation that will prepare students for the rigors of college and careers.
