XOP Networks Offers Browser Based Web Conferencing on Flash capable Smartphones
XOP Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of Value Added Service (VAS) platforms and Audio Conference Bridges announced availability of its Web Conferencing Application on Smartphones that support Adobe Flash Player version 10.3 or higher without requiring download of a dedicated application.
Majority of the Smartphones now being shipped have web browsers and touchpad keyboards built into them. XOP Networks newly introduced Web Conferencing Application is compatible with Googles Android and several other operating systems. With this capability, Smartphone owners can now participate in a web conference using their Smartphones, avoiding the need to be in front of a PC.
We frequently run into situations where a field support engineer is at a customer location where he/she does not have Internet access. Having a Flash enabled Smartphone allows him/her to use our web conferencing capability to share desktop, share documents and chat with our support center personnel, said James Park, XOP Networks Director of Worldwide Customer Support.
Our web conferencing application is designed to leverage the confluence of Smartphones, 3G and 4G mobile data networks and Operating Systems (e.g., Android) that support Flash based media streaming, said Sudhir Gupta, CEO XOP Networks.
About XOP Networks
Beginning in 2003, XOP Networks embarked on developing a next generation IP based service and application platform. Realizing this vision, we shipped our first product, a Digital Collaboration Bridge (DCB) in 2004. A DCB combines rich Audio Conferencing with Desktop sharing, Document sharing and White boarding, thus creating a collaborative experience for the end users. Leveraging the success of the DCB, the product portfolio was expanded in 2005 to include the Group Alerting and Conferencing Server (GACS). The GACS allows mass notification messages to be dispatched over a variety of communications networks, while it brings an organization's brain trust into a quick audio conference. Year 2006 saw the addition of the enhanced Voice Mail Server (VMS) to the product line. In 2007 XOP Networks launched its Universal Service Node (USN) which offers multiple value added services on one platform. In 2008, we added support for Hoot and Holler conferencing over TDM and VoIP networks on our USN platform. In 2009 we introduced Ring down Firebar Conference (RFCS) that allows a conference to be set up simply by lifting a handset on an analog or IP phone. Several other enhancements were introduced including support for Secure conferencing, SMS driven instant-conferencing, Group SMS and Voice SMS, and One Number Service capabilities. In 2010 the product line was further hardened for use in defense networks and received the coveted JITC certification from the US Department of Defense.
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, XOP Networks was founded in 2002 and is backed by a seasoned management team. Deployed at multiple Fortune 100 companies, CLEC/IOC customers, Government organizations, DoD networks (Air Force, Army and Navy) XOP Networks' products allow customers to improve employee productivity, increase business efficiency and enhance emergency communications. Having both legacy and VoIP interfaces, XOP products allow customers to seamlessly transition their value added services from legacy circuit switched networks to VoIP based packet switched networks.

And, at every grade level, from kindergarten through high school graduation, we have a digital program that maps to these new learning goals."
He added, "To support educators in Indiana and throughout the country as they prepare to implement the new standards and corresponding assessments, we have also developed extensive teacher professional development offerings and other resources."

Each of the four auto dealers will gift the packages to children ages 5-12 to enjoy while at the dealership, and to take home, expressly encouraging families to explore the positive, self-esteem building content together. While Right Road Kids! and founder of the nonprofit, Paula Phillips, often work through schools, DCH Auto Group s ongoing volunteer support inspired her to offer the dealerships a customized package for their customers with children or grandchildren.
DCH Toyota of Oxnard is proud to be able to help Right Road Kids make a difference in the lives of children in our community, said Steve Chapman, General Manager of DCH Toyota of Oxnard. We look forward to continuing that support through the distribution of Right Road Kids Packs. We know the kids will love them and learn from them as well.

DCH Auto Group team members also regularly volunteer to support the nonprofit work of Right Road Kids! at schools in the Ventura County region. The auto group is also sponsoring the Right Road Kids! Joy Awards and Forum at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library on September 24, 2011, which honors the work of outstanding educators and seeks to find creative solutions to todays youth and education challenges.
Phillips hopes to see the program expand to other DCH dealerships in the near future as well, saying, Partnership between schools, nonprofits, parents, and communities is a key to addressing todays youth and education challenges in real, lasting ways and we could not ask for more than all that DCH Auto Group does to support our work to help kids find and travel their Right Roads, shared Phillips. How wonderful is it that families can visit one of these DCH dealerships and receive a whole pack of fun, uplifting Right Road products for their kids!
The promotion is set to begin in September and will continue through the fall, while supplies last. The partnership also includes plans for special events (such as Right Road Family Movie Nights) at the participating dealerships, to be announced to their customers via newsletters, e-mail blasts, and in-store posters.
Phillips and Right Road Kids! have been providing esteem, character, and enrichment programs to countless schools for nearly two decades. At the urging of teachers and parents everywhere, and with the help and support of creative and production professionals from several states, Phillips established Right Road Productions and recently began to offer the new line of positive and inspirational take-home products for kids via a new website. Additionally, the site offers a full range of character-building incentive items (postcards, stickers, award certificates) that educators can use in their schools.
